At YAVENTI, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days of your item being shipped to you.
Which products are not eligible to be returned?
- Products ordered outside of the 30-day return policy
- Products that have been intentionally altered or damaged
- Products that are returned without ALL original items/materials
How much will it cost to return my item(s)?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To determine rates and generate a label, visit stamps.com or the shipping carrier of your choice.
How should I package my return?
All returned items must be in complete, unused, and original condition. Returns must include all the original packaging, original warranty and certification card.
Returned items must show no signs of use, wear, or abuse.
Moissanite merchandise returned without a warranty and certification card is subject to a $50 lost warranty card fee.
Once you initiate your return, support will reach out to you to assist through the return process.

How will my refund be processed?
If your item is eligible for a return, we will issue your refund using the same method as the original payment. Shipping charges or additional service charges will not be refunded.
How long will it take to be issued a credit for my return?
After you have initiated a return, please allow approximately 7-10 business days for the refund process to be completed. This wait time will start on the first business day after your return has been received.
How do I check the status of my return?
If you have already initiated a return, you will be contacted by our support team with status updates.
How will I know my refund has been processed?
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
